We are pleased to announce that SCAITT, S.A., a subsidiary of International Trucks & Tractors, S.L. (ITT group), has reached an agreement to incorporate Tallers Navarro Deix, S.A. into the structure of its business. We are excited to share this news, for we believe this integration will strengthen our operations and allow us to offer even more comprehensive and efficient service to our customers.
Since January 1, 2024, all operations have been carried out for all relevant effects under SCAITT, S.A. This includes the production unit of Tallers Navarro Deix, S.A., which had been the official Scania workshop, in Manresa. It joins our other four locations in Martorell, CIM Vallès, Lleida and Palma de Mallorca.
This represents a significant milestone for us, and we are confident that this merger will contribute to the continued growth and success of SCAITT, S.A.
