ITT has acquired 40% of the shares of dealer Pedro Azpeitia, S.L. and put the company in charge of managing the territory of Navarre, which has been administered until now by its subsidiary Compañía Maquinaria 93 (CM93).
This agreement aims to strengthen the brand in the area and embodies a commitment to professionalization and proximity to customers. It creates a broad territory encompassing La Rioja, the Basque Country, several towns in Burgos and Zaragoza as well as Navarre.
This is an important project and marks the beginning of a new chapter, showcasing our commitment to the brand and its future.
On the merger, ITT Group CEO Xavier Domènech stated, “We’re pleased to become part of a company with the history and charisma of Pedro Azpeitia, and we know we’ll be able to contribute a lot from our previous experience in Navarre and our many years of experience with New Holland in other provinces.”
Pedro Azpeitia, S.L. was founded in 1903 in La Rioja and is one of the area’s leading dealers in tractors, harvesters, balers, round balers and grape harvesters. In 2018, it expanded its distribution area to include the Basque Country.
Through its subsidiaries, ITT is one of the largest New Holland agricultural machinery distributors in Europe, with distribution centers in Spain and France. The company dates back to 1878 and has always been active in agriculture and agricultural machinery.
